I’ve always been curious about people and fascinated by the science of how we learn, grow, connect, and navigate change.

Along the way, I have designed learning experiences, facilitated workshops, built communities and supported individuals through growth, transition and transformation.

Today, I combine that experience with facilitation, training and LEGO® Serious Play® to help people and teams gain clarity, strengthen collaboration and unlock new perspectives.
